2-D Hotwire CAD Foam Cutting
Our 2-D hotwire machine uses high temperatures to cut our foam products by wire. We can cut intricate designs for innovative packaging to cushion your products. We can get you the foam cushioning you desire easily and rapidly.
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Foam Products
Our PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) adheres to our foam products and other materials to make them solid. PSA does not require water, solvents, or heat to activate. The more pressure you assert on the foam that has the PSA, the stronger the bond will become. PSA can be added to any of our EPS foam products.
Multi-Piece Insulation Coolers
Our multi-piece coolers work great insulate the product that will keep your contents hot or cold. Using our EPS foam that is shock absorbent, buoyant, and has low water absorption your product will arrive safely.
EPS Packaging Insulation
Our packaging insulation will keep your products from moving around and safe upon its arrival. This Product has a high performance to cost ratio compared to other alternatives. All of our packaging insulation is 100% recyclable.
